We unfortunately do not accept refunds for change of mind or for any other reason, and the contract is not cancellable or refundable once the drawing has started. For this reason we offer product revisions if the you are not satisfied with the portrait.

 

What if my printed product arrives damaged?

While we hope this will never happen, if you receive damaged goods or have a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately so we can assist you personally and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
